And while we can all agree that a stack of firewood instantly adds warmth and texture to a room with a fireplace, pairing firewood with a gas fireplace may not be as obvious a choice, but that is changing.

Since gas fireplaces don’t require the addition of firewood to keep them burning (also known as a big part of their universal appeal—more on that here!), that’s not stopping creative homeowners and interior designers from including firewood storage in rooms where a gas fireplace is the focal point.
